Bringing calm into the world of a new parent, Baby Mindful uses gentle sensory activities to support babies development, time to talk to give parents confidence on their journey into parenthood, and equips them with tools to use along the way.

A Baby Mindful class is a calm, safe space to help you get to know your baby and learn to breathe through the emotional roller-coaster of becoming a parent, whether for the first, second, or third time.
